Pricing

• Every plan includes the parent and student portal (installable on any phone), homework and MCQ engine, attendance, fee ledger and receipts, notices and in-app notifications, an institute website on a frestsys.com address, and English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Solo Tutor includes Pro — Pro website templates, a custom domain, the enquiry form and 96 more AI credits a month. If you do not need them, leave Pro out and Solo Tutor is ₹999 a month (₹9,990 a year — two months free) with 120 AI credits and the free website templates. You can add Pro back at any time.
• Each plan builds on the one before it. Solo gives clarity about every student and batch; Academy, clarity about students, teachers, staff and daily operations; Enterprise, clarity across students, teachers, branches and the whole organisation.
• Academy adds staff accounts and roles, a custom domain, Pro website templates and automated fee ledgers. Enterprise adds branches, unlimited staff registers and a dedicated account manager.
• Two lines, same prices. Coaching comes in an Academic line (tuition classes, coaching institutes, exam preparation) and a Specialty line (dance, music and art studios, sports academies, fitness centres, skill courses). The packages and prices are the same; the words and the tools differ. On the Specialty line the Solo plan is called Solo Coach, and Solo Coach with Pro includes up to five coach logins, each coach marking attendance for their own batches, because grading tools are not what a sports or dance academy runs on. On the Academic line Solo Tutor with Pro stays one tutor; more tutors means Academy. The staff register, pay sheet and teacher scorecards are Academy and Enterprise on both lines.
• Choose your mix of storage and AI credits — change it any month. An institute that records every class can take more storage and fewer credits, one that leans on AI help the other way round; neither side drops below a quarter of the plan's amount, and a change applies from the next month. Extra storage and credit packs still stack on top.
• The student count is the number of active students; archiving a batch that has graduated frees those seats at no cost.
• Every plan carries our 99.5% monthly uptime commitment, continuous backups you can restore from for 35 days, and a first support reply within one working day. • Prices are list prices. Your sales quote may carry an approved discount, and the quote you sign is the amount you pay.

When your roster grows past the plan’s active-student ceiling, add seats in packs. Packs stack — buy a second one when the first fills.

Every plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance. Buy a pack when you need more; packs are used after the included credits, oldest first, and are valid for 12 months. Packs are never auto-billed.

Every plan includes a website built from our templates. Bespoke design by our team is quoted per engagement, starting at ₹14,999, and invoiced separately from the subscription.

The School product is priced per institution on an annual platform fee plus setup, quoted after a conversation about your school’s size and modules.

• Plans, add-ons, capacity packs and Website Design include GST at 18%; nothing is added at checkout. AI credit packs are priced before GST, and the table shows what you pay with it. Subscriptions, add-ons and capacity packs are invoiced under SAC 997331 (Licensing services for the right to use computer software and databases); a separately quoted Website Design engagement under SAC 998314.
• Worked example: Solo Tutor at ₹1,799 a month is ₹1,799 all-in — ₹1,524.58 for the service and ₹274.42 GST. Within Maharashtra the tax splits as CGST and SGST; elsewhere in India it is IGST.
• A GST tax invoice is issued for every payment, with your institute’s GSTIN on it if you have given us one.
• Pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet through Razorpay, by UPI transfer to our account, or by an automatic monthly mandate you can cancel at any time. See the billing terms.
